Three days ago, I was led to this video a journey that started a month ago after reading the book by Richard Rohr, Falling Upward (and perfect diamond but I'm not finished with that one yet). This morning is day three of using this audio to guide me as a total newbie to this (and only saved 8 years ago) and my experience of being filled with God's perfect love, (for the benefit of others!!), brought me to tears. I pray that I can hold onto this all day till tonight's prayer. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am 68 and have felt this intense longing since I can remember, I know this is what was missing in my life.

I ended up here from a similar path of finding Richard Rohr! I'm 44 and newly saved in 2019. So grateful to have found these men sharing this important information and instruction with us. ❤️ praying your journey is spirit filled and more amazing than you could ever imagine.

I have been praying along with this group and Fr. Keating for over a year now. Despite being filmed awhile ago, I feel comfort praying alongside this video. I am much more peaceful during the days after centering. Bless you Fr. Keating for caring for these men and helping them find comfort.

Before being introduced to Fr. Keating, my mind was like a washing machine. He slowed it down and once in awhile it stopped for a brief moment. GRACE Thank you Fr. Keating. John Wexford Ireland

God' Bless Fr Keating , requiescat in pace. I enjoyed the grace of numerous week long retreats at St Joseph's in Spencer, Ma during his tenure as abbot. Centering Prayer retreats were very popular with Fr Basil Pennington OCSO(R.I.P) . Also enjoyed small sessions with Fr Theophane Boyd OCSO (R.I.P.) ! Fr Theophane was one of a kind !

I have been meditating daily for many years. This you, each week the focus will be a name for Cristin, a the reading something about Jesus that illustrates something about his character, the way he lived, the things he did. The name this week is Immanuel (or Emmanuel) meaning God with us. The first references to that name are in the 7th and 8th chapters of Isaiah, and there is another reference in Matthew. I believe this will strengthen my soul and make my meditation more purposeful. Samadhi and Vipassana are wonderful, but in my view preparatory. There is no godliness in those practices.

Religion is ego. The Samadhi you speak of is a luminous state of God awareness, that we are all God. This is not about Jesus, blessed be his name, it’s much bigger..& the ancient Yogic teachings outline this perfectly.
