Brother I am currently in El Salvador, came for a short vacation from NY. They have a strict transit policy for India and All African countries due to mass donkey migration. Please ensure you do not transit through El Salvador. There is a $1000 penalty. It's fine if your final destination is ES. Like, come from country A and go back to A after a stay. And yes, Your US visa gives you a visa on arrival ( tourist card) for $12 in ES. Ping me if you need more info. P.S- I also have an Indian passport.
