Same smell, same pollution, same street foods, same old music, same xenophobics.. It's too low-class compared to Korea, Japan, Shanghai.

Thanks Jeroen! Always good seeing you. Appreciate all the updates you have constantly provided us over the last 4 years or so! There used to be a market by One City Center before construction began, as I remember from your past video. Perhaps those street vendors were invited to setup shop here too, along with those from the Linear Park?

It was there about 5 weeks ago when I was in town. I stood just outside in the gravel around noon. I was a bit intimidated to go in as it was busy and I would had been the only farang there.

Yeah, you have to go through the gate. But as you can see it is well organized.

Greetings Global Travel Mate, I am loving your video presentations as it’s different from your competitors in the KZbin space and it is reflecting well. We are currently investing in Seoul Korea, however, looking at your video presentations, we are currently considering a Plan B in Bangkok Thailand. Bangkok and the surrounding areas are indeed becoming such a metropolis in these modern times. You and the real estate empire are an asset to The Kingdom of Thailand and surely appreciated by our estate here in South Korea. Do keep up the great work and thanks for sharing…

I am not so sure to be safe for health to buy and eat uncovered food, snack and in this area under the flyover because the flyover we do not know it was fully clean up the pillars and surface under the flyover road, also it might/may causes tiny dusts/dirt's falling into these foods/drinks stalls due to the moving vehicles above the flyover could/can cause vibration to the flyover bridge and dusts falling down any time.

Thai steetvendors and small restaurants live on their reputation.. IF a vendor seller or restaurant is dirty or scamming i promise u that the locals get rid of it in 1 day. (I've seen sellers been thrown out from a markets by angry Thais) Thats very different from the places in tourist spots where they never see the customer again and tourists come for the location and as a bonus charges 2-5 normal price
