2:10 here, its definetly the reisdents fault ill bet you. theres plenty of grass to put your bin on on the first side or the other side of the cul de sac. putting all of the bins in one line in a cul de sac makes it harder for the truck to get in tho. its better to put the bins in a position where he doesent need to empty them on the culdesac, but on the side of the kerb and not in the culdesac directly and within 3m. its much better tho. 2. at 1:16 whyd he pick up that bin tho as well he knew it was contaminated but..... and 3. at 7:57 i dont think thats allowed by my recycle driver
