Central High Cheerleaders dance at pep rally

Central High Varsity Cheerleading Squad perform a cheer dance at pep rally before last football game of 2014
(A cheer dance or home pom routine has specific rules for scoring points in competition - synchronization, lines, ripples, level changes, formations, transitions, sharp precise movements, etc - so it's not like a regular dance performance. Squad created this themselves, with no choreographer, and were really happy with how it turned out!)

true. I used to cheer all the time. They were more focused on hitting all of the moves than having fun and dancing. I had to learn myself to just let loose and have fun, but they were probably just nervous

It's good to see MODEST high school cheerleaders because then the focus is more on the work that was done, instead of encouraging on lookers to focus on the appearance of teenage girls, and for the girls, this teaches them self value and work ethic, instead of using their bodies to become a fast track to Hollywood, like other schools, who disguise this sick plot, all in the name of cheer leading.

Katie Blevins I wish I could tell you! Honestly not trying to be secretive, but we asked everyone and no one remembers where the music was found.
