I preferred and enjoyed central’s sound on the field over the other bands. Good job central. I preferred craigmont drill over everyone else.

I would have hated to judge this event. It clear that both central and Craigmont are the 2 top schools in Memphis. Hell in high school period. I seen several mistakes in central show. From kids going the wrong way and missing drill assignments. And Craigmont show had to many pauses and prep rolls. I think central had better visuals but was boring. Whereas Craigmont had better music but lacked the color guard visuals and choppy transition. Hats off to both. This could have went either way. I like Craigmont’s more but central just seem more appealing to an older crowd. I seen this was Kennedy first time in the big division, these battles are going to get real tough if he get a good color guard. That star was fire. Just needed flare. I hope to see these two programs compete more often.

This is a really good show. I can see how you guys won this had to be a really close call. Craigmont made a few drill mistakes you guys were pretty much perfect. However I will say Craigmont sounded 10X better than you guys on the field. I would be lying if I didn’t speak the truth. They sound and cleanliness is unmatched right now. I see Memphis got some real competition going on.
