In Nicaragua we call Enchiladas not hot is the name only but you put the salad on top we call repollo with vinegar and a little of chile picante is delicious is carne con rice or chicken or beef enjoy Nicaragua and the food and our people welcome

Thanks Ricardo. We didn't know the name of the fermented vinegar salad with the cabbage, chilies and various vegetables that you see on all the restaurant tables and markets in Nicaragua...repollo, thanks. I (Tovah), love this stuff, Chris not so much.

Busy and chaotic in a good way. People everywhere, going every which direction, selling any and everything, people yelling the prices of their where, loud music playing from multiple vendors...it is a very fun experience.
