Why are you using the four way flashers when driving down the mountain??? I am a Florida resident and here is what the Florida driver manual has to say: Four-way emergency flashers should only be used while your vehicle is legally stopped or disabled on the high­way or shoulder.

because its a law in a big truck anything under 40 mph must have flashers on,especially driving down a mountain in ice and snow

I heard that its illegal to use four way flashers in Cali and can get a ticket for it. Anybody knows anything about it?
