Those saxophones sound so good, especially at the start.

1. Why change the original arrangement? This is not an improvement. 2. The drummer shouldn't need to look at the chart. Let go. Use the force.

@tropper55593 Not sure what your point here is exactly, this is the original composition by Bob Florence. Buddy Rich did a cover of it, played it slower and skipped out the 5/4 shout section, which is my personal favourite section. The drummer has to stick to the chart because it is a wildly confusing part, but I don't think he dropped a beat the whole piece. Seriously, listen to it, the start and the end are the exact same tempo. Am interested to hear how experienced you are that you can't recognise this jazz band for its worth.

@tropper55593 pretty strong words to say that these musicians have no natural talent. not many professional musicians are as stuck up as you and if they are they are not normally very successful. and considering you have no videos of yourself playing you probably no more than a keyboard warrior. lol

@@ewnrid Except he's 100% right. This arrangement is not the one Buddy had. With Buddy, we played it at varying tempos, sometimes quite fast. And yeah, the drummer needs to loosen up more. He's too busy looking at the chart. This is a fine band, but there is always room for improvement.
