I noticed you run 9 frames vs 10 in your boxes. What’s the reason for this? Just getting started in this hobby myself

We run 9 frame hives because the bees pull a deeper comb around brood, so they have better stores in the bottom box. Also it allows the beekeeper to work the hive leaving most of the frames in the hive and keeping bees calmer. Plus less casualties. Great question! Thanks for asking!
