Walter Boyd, Wynalda and Paulo Wanchope, Hernandez was at the time the best strikers in Concacaf and where skills are concern Walter was clearly better than all of them. The one simple difference was discipline that which Boyd was short on. If he was in anyway like the others with attitude he would probably play for United, Barca, Madrid or Milan back then. This man was gifted with both feet, took on defenders superbly and could dribble on any side. What manager wouldn`t want such talent in his team?

Rory Banton - All of you talk about no discipline; you ever hear about man management? So of the best players in the world are referred to as indiscipline, all because managers and coaches fail to understand them. The first thing they see are the player's liabilities instead of his assets. If Walter had a coach who understood him and hence understand how to manage him, things would have been different both for him and for Jamaica.

People need to stop supporting nonsense and tell the truth that jamaican society created and ended this man's career because of their acceptance of bad behavior in regular life and sport. BOYD was always treated like he was special and when that stopped he started throwing temper tantrums. People in Jamaica can take to the streets for you to play not in England or US. Ultimately his ego and self control got the best of him. Such a waste of talent.
