My husband and I have worked for over 40 years, respectively; we pay taxes every year PR and/or US. These companies have millions and leave PR with much more, but they do not have to pay taxes, invest, or create jobs; what kind of law is that? It's a shame and abomination to the workers, who are barely making it.

Llevamos 208 años dando "incentivos" para supuestamente "invertir", sin realmente buscar movilizar primero los recursos y afanes de trabajo de los que ya viven aquí. Parece que no aprendemos. Libertarians want all members of society to have abundant opportunities to achieve economic success. A free and competitive market allocates resources in the most efficient manner. Each person has the right to offer goods and services to others on the free market. The only proper role of government in the economic realm is to protect property rights, adjudicate disputes, and provide a legal framework in which voluntary trade is protected. All efforts by government to redistribute wealth, or to control or manage trade, are improper in a free society.

Los libertarios quieren que todos los miembros de la sociedad tengan abundantes oportunidades para lograr el éxito económico. Un mercado libre y competitivo asigna los recursos de la manera más eficiente. Cada persona tiene derecho a ofrecer bienes y servicios a otros en el mercado libre.
