I feel something cruel within me Calling out It calls my heart to wonder Far from here It troubles my dreams The thoughts of leaving It claws at me Leave everything I've come to know and depend on Buried hidden meanings at the edge of everything Slowly there corroding every bit that's left of me Buried hidden meanings at the edge of everything Slowly there corroding every bit that's left of me The weight is not mine Weight is not mine alone Though you pretend you comprehend it The fear is not mine, the fear is not my end Though you attempt to keep me in it Did you even try to find me? Did you even care for one last chance at reconciliation? Do you know how long these veins have ran? Remnant of red that stains your hands We are all but to our hand again This familiar place of discontent Are you ready for the Apocalypse? When our hearts implode, from this corrosion. Buried hidden meanings at the edge of everything Slowly there corroding every bit that's left of me Buried hidden meanings at the edge of everything Slowly there corroding every bit that's left of me You must know And you all... but must know The fear is not mine, the fear is not my end Though you attempt to keep me in it The weight is not mine Weight is not mine alone Though you attempt to keep me in it Did you even try to find me? Did you even care for one last chance at reconciliation? Do you know how long these veins have ran? Remnant of red that stains your hands

I have no friends that would care, no one will know how amazing I find this song. Just a mentally disabled drain on the system. But this song and band are so incredible, that I'll still shout out into the void. Also, they way this whole bands moves, with a cool swaying doom absorbed in the music, the drummer sliding across his instrument like a waterfall over rapids, and this beautiful sensual singer moving in haunting captivating sensual ways. There is a massive chemistry in this band on display in this video, reminds me of Neurosis in a way, the way they work as a unit. But the way this beautiful lady moves is captivating and arousing. Not that anyone would care what I think, or see this comment. Anyway, I'm too busy letting friends and family down everyday. Their disappointment they must feel. They must wonder what I do all day. Do my family and friends get their minds blown every day by science and music, and on the same day get crushed under the weight of emotion and eternal depression. Ah well, every day I put off suicide is another day I could discover a band like this. But as they say, if a tree falls in a forest and no one is there to hear or see it, does anyone even care, did the tree even exist? Oh well, at least if I do leave this earth, I have planted many trees in my lifetime, some are now 30 years old, and perhaps 30 meters tall. And trees live their life without even knowing that they ever lived.

This record comes from a place that isn't so dissimilar from what you've mentioned. Something of a pursuit and longing for acknowledgment or acceptance. Life's little battles make it worth fighting. Thank you for your kind words Tree.

I'm sitting in stunned silence right now, a worthy reply escapes me. This incredible song spoke to me in a personal way at a difficult time in my life, and your reply is like a life raft, so that I may again one day float freely in the ocean. I see you have toured in the past with Enslaved, and NeObliviscaris who are from Melbourne, an hour away from my home town. I discovered NeObliviscaris in a tiny corner pub about 5 years before they even released their first album, and I saw Enslaved live in Melbourne not too long ago. I swear upon every tree I have planted, I'll be there right in front of the stage if you ever come down Melbourne, you're guaranteed a big enthusiastic crowd in one of the most liveable cities on the planet. Massive respect to all of you that tour so hard. I can't even begin to fathom the hard work, long hours, and exhaustion that goes into metal band tours these days. I wish you all success in the future, and I'll remember you folks whenever times are tough, and hopefully one day get to see you guys live. I raise this glass of scotch in gratitude, a toast to all those that suffer yet survive and a toast to all those blessed souls out there that help us all live one more day, on day at a time. I'm forever losing the battle, but I am not defeated yet. Not today. One more day. Here's to life, love and metal forever; cheers, prost, sláinte, kanpai, salut, and bottoms up you cunts, raise a toast and raise a cone to Cornwell, Dimebag, Peter Steele and Hail Vinland. Much Love From Ballarat to Sean, Anthony, Keegan, Dobber, Beau and of course Cammie, so expressive and exquisite.
