It's very clear that no one here expected to see a Jack-O' in top 8. They were woefully unprepared to fight this character, and Edd took serious advantage of that. Well played!

and you'll never see it again. if you dont see the cheats in action then you need to play more jack o. Eddventure never guesses wrong, is not sweating or stressing trying to figure out what mfcr is going to do next. can back dash cancel the 5H which you cant do. spaming 2D like it's safe when it's not and when the 2D does get blocked is able to act like it's plus on block. If you understood what kind of player MFCR is, then you know that human's cant guess right that often with perfect frame inputs while using a stick. have jack o do a raw 5h like he was doing and mash your fastest button that has the range to hit her and watch you stuff that whistle back down jack o's throat when she tries to recall cancel. MFCR has played eddventure before so he knows how to fight jack o. but when your fighting a script with perfect reactions to everything. you just cant win. The mere fact that eddventure looks like a kid in a candy store while playing someone on MFCR's level just show's he's not making all the choices for his character. go watch grand final's of any other game and you'll see both players stressing not just one.

@@nekoraver6179 i think you are imagining it mfcr is a lot more calm than eddie in this one and eddie didnt play perfectly at all im pretty sure mfcr didnt punish because he hadnt practiced the matchup also unless he hacked the console the only scripts he could be running would be inputs not reaction based cheats

I mean sf6 is the new hot game and arcs hasn't really communicated anything of note to say if the game is alive or not. It was great to see different characters win but it 100% was because it only had 500 people sign up.

@@rachetmarvel931 I'm not a fan of Strive either, but the game's not going anywhere. It'll be a tournament mainstay for years. Plus to the guy asking if ArcSys communicated anything, they literally said more daredevils were coming at the end of the Asuka trailer...so a 3rd season is certainly on the way!
