Kaz is not that bad as TMM complaining about all the time. The top tier characters in TMM's tier list hardly win any tournament or place top 8. You know his tier list is only for lower level tekken players.

Keisuke definitely gained lots of new fans after his performance in this tournament, very entertaining play style and he seems like a funny guy with him wavedashing to the ring and laughing after winning by spamming Kazuya’s 1+4 lol Congrats to Atif!

People don't usually give Atif's defense enough credit. His movement and reaction speed are even more cracked than Arslan's when he's playing at the top of his form. People see him being aggressive and all, but from my perspective Atif wins mainly when his defense is working. Case in point, his ability to punish electrics, df+2s, and combo drop with the maximum level of dmg possible were the reason why he won this match. His level of aggression is just a facade.

As a Kazuya player that two drops were shocking to watch...like i didn't even think that was such easy to drop that before, two times in row...if a super strong player like Keisuke did that wrong that means we Kazuya players are beasts 🦁 Congratulation Atif Butt and Keisuke really well played 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Seeing Kazuya in a finals... This just lifted Tekken 8 up. Keisuke played SO good damn. I know Atif won but as a Dragunov main myself after watching that set I kinda think Keisuke is the better player. Drag is just so much easier and has so many options with his pressure. Atif really is good at maintaining ruthless aggression with small little timing mix-ups. He caught Keisuke with the 1,2,1 so many times.

as a drag main i had exact same thought watching Keisuke gameplay just seem more ''honest'' whatever that means,i to tekken king with drag and im only just an above average player very oppressive but it is what it is ! i did want Keisuke to win

Simple optimal combo was enough for him to win that match also he had heat in his pocket it was an easy win dude fucked up sad to see Kazuya Loose but it is what it is My Tips Is Always Go for easy combo route when it's a sure win situation even it does 69 damage which was enough for that hp wish he had won 😔
