I think that the actor who played Mr Josh is a very good actor. He can play the good guy, the bad guy, and the victim with equal conviction. Some play good parts better and some are better at bad, but he's just as convincing in all roles.

Imagine everyday life without cleaners, trashmen, and street cleaners. It would be nasty, full of filth and diseases. An office cleaner might not be the most educated or best paid but he/she is absolutely needed and should be treated with courtesy due any other human bring in the work place. Moci; you've done a fine job once again!

I Loved how Venice quietly took his insults, knowing her value, and contribution to the company and returned with her letter of Resignation with confidence. Josh Did NOT change At ALL! He was So ready to criticize Venice. He actually forgot that he Came to the company for HELP! He was Still the same Arrogant, Stringy, Pompous, Puffed Up person and that is probably Why his company is in need of Help from going BANKRUPT! Venice Did right to turn him down, With explanation... Perhaps him Now knowing his reason for, "FAILURE" will Help him to change his ways.. to become a better person.
