1. At that point in time, Yui and Keiichi are already together, and it's pointless for Noa to voice out her feelings for Yui during that time. I mean, if Noa's gender was reversed, it would create awkwardness and tension between all 3 of them. Hence the reason Noa held off telling Yui her feelings given how it will affect the couple's (especially Yui's) happiness in the future. 2. That's possibly the case, with Yui not realizing Noa's feelings for her. I wouldn't say Yui's an airhead, but I think she's dense enough to not realize romantic cues given off by other people. Maybe she's just not familiar with how those work, especially given her selfie with Noa, where she gave a thumbs up instead of completing the heart sign.
