Hi Sir, I work as QS in a M&E company and QS seems not very known, i mean QS work like Payment application are mostly done by the project managers, also in office QS work are done in engineering office by office engineers and draftsman for costing/estimate etc., that is what i heard and learn here, it seems it works okay a bit. Can you discuss if a company doesnt have QS? Whats the different between having QS and not. Thanks
