PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
• Specially designed to meet the requirements of the General
Motors GM Dexos 1 Generation 2 specification.
• Developed for the lubrication of more modern petrol
engines (multivalve, common-rail, turbocharged, direct
injection), that require low friction and low viscosity oils (low
HTHS) of API SP and ILSAC GF-6 quality.
• Also recommended for plug-in (PHEV) and non-plug-in
(HEV) hybrid vehicles with petrol and electric engines.
• Allows long change intervals, working under a wide range
of operating conditions.
• It is compatible with earlier versions of API SN, SM, SL and
SJ quality levels and previous ILSAC categories.
PRODUCT USES
• High performance in the current ECO oil market (ecological
because it helps reduce CO2 emissions and economical
because it contributes to fuel savings, allowing savings rates
of over 2% compared to conventional oil).
• Its good emulsion properties to combat water and/or fuel
dilution, as well as anti-corrosion and anti-rust capacity
ensure good performance in hybrid vehicles.
• It ensures protection against wear caused by LSPI (Low
Speed Pre-Ignitions) that can occur on modern turbocharged
petrol engines.
• Its high engine cleaning power (detergency) and special
protection against bearing and piston wear ensures long
engine lifetime.
• Excellent cold flow, allowing for the rapid circulation of oil
to protect the engine at start up (important in start-stop
systems).
