Too bad I didn't have a ceramics professor like you in art college. My mom has the only piece that came out. (At least I did well in life sculpture class.) You make creating a vase look so easy. With this shape how do you assure your seams are pulled together well enough on the inside? I mean what tools could you use?

You can't get to the inside. You score and slip the seams and then you pinch them and that's the best you can do. I've made 100 of them and only about 10% will start to crack at the seams but that's moreso if I don't dry them properly before baking

underglaze - basically paint for ceramics. Can add a coat of clear glaze after bisque firing
