Evan Peng Taiwan is a last county I traveled to. I went to Cerritos 2 months ago and had lunch at the Cheesecake Factory. There are lots of haters that don’t like California because they’re so focused on bashing LA for the cost of living, the homeless people and the traffic.

I live in LB, but I love to spend most of my leisure time in Cerritos! (shopping, eating, hanging out, etc). Great city with a nice & peaceful atmosphere. I'd move there if I could afford it lol

Vincent Magbuhos I like going to Luisa and sons on south street. I went to the Cheesecake Factory in Cerritos 2 months ago and Cerritos is one of the nicer places to visit in California.

I lived there in the early 80s..very peaceful. Great people. At South and Bloomfield, there was a Bob's Big Boy. Buy LA Times, walk in, greeted by hostess and she will ask : hi how many? Smoking non smoking?... Lol

Wow I t been over 25 years since I seen cerritos I use to stay on south street in long beach and my mom used to work In cerritos . I love that area it's nice and the atmosphere was nice

I use to live in those condos on 166th and Gridley. I use to live in those other condos too before moving to the one on 166th Street. I think the street was Lindell, the one that you crossed to go into the complex. The second complex you showed used to have a security guard inside of the gate. Whitney High School is a public school but it's a magnate school. They only take the brightest students and the students have to pass their test to be a student there. They give the students Summer homework even if they're not enrolled in Summer school. You can live in a five bedroom home that cost 1.5 million but that isn't a guarantee that your kids will go to school there. I know from a mother who lived in that multi-million dollar complex who thought she was better than everyone else. Her daughter was a straight "A" student but couldn't pass the test to be enrolled. My daughter and the realtor who's condo I rented both went to Whitney. The Cerritos Towne Center is more than a strip mall because they have name brand stores and a movie theater. You also missed the Cerritos Library which has a gigantic fish tank with fish and a shark.
