Just started watching your videos and I really enjoy the guide. To live in Downtown LA seems to be affordable compared to the suburbs, especially Walnut area. I was not expecting the lowest listing to be above $400K.

Getting addicted to these videos as I watch here in the Philippines. Spent my latter teens in Hacienda Heights, then in Walnut. In my 20]s lived in Rowland Heights and La Puente. Latter 20\s Covina. Know these areas truly like the back of my hand. And now some 30 years later as I contemplate a move back (Rowland Heights/Hacienda/Walnut) I find your channel. Checking for a Hacienda Heights video. Did take a tour back in 2015 all all these areas before I came back to Philippines. Thanks for these. Great memories. Some things have changed but much is the same.

Can't thank you enough for your incredibly splendiferous videos Sir; every single one of them and thank God for deciding on touring private homes, whatever they are, and their whereabouts, i am pretty sure it'll be absolutely amazing ..... Thanks a million once again. Pretty professional work from start to end.

Most Gorgeous Community college in SO CAL. There is so much offered in education and jobs. The beauty in the neighborhoods is worth living with the price tag. I do like the 60 freeway and 57.....

Well, soemone already told you about WEST and yes I used to take ONE BUS on Valley picked up there AT LEMON and it went all the way down town. BUT EAST If you kept driving for another 15 minutes it would have turned into HOLT going right through the center of Pomona right pass CAL POLY and would take you all the way to the ONTARIO AIRPORT.

What music are you using? It's very calming and just really nice to have in the background. I hope the fires are not affecting you. Take care, have a great day!

Uhhh, to be more accurate, Walnut has mostly 1 story houses, Walnut is actually pretty decently small, California has many 2 or more story houses, just not many in Walnut
