Love the idea of the voice box. It solves a lot of problems; allowing them to do voice work for Mirror [Player Character], but also handily resolves the continuity conflict for Discovery era characters.

True bit it is possible that Discovery mirror counterpart of the player was only presumed dead and has been hiding ever since Tilly's failed assassination attempt and the mirrorverse player somehow made it back into the fold becoming Inquisitor.

@@dragonfire4527 When you first meet Killy in "Para Pacem", she literally says she killed your mirror universe counterpart during the tutorial mission. That's how she got her first command. I think she actually says she slit their throat. So yes, as far as Killy is aware, you're supposed to be dead. So at the end of "Firewall" when Mirror [Player Character] is revealed, Discovery era players would be shocked to learn that their Mirror universe counterpart is still alive. So yes, your counterpart was presumed dead, but somehow survived to become the Inquisitor. An obvious continuity error in the game plot, which gets fixed with the simple addition of a voice box and a little exposition. Tied up neatly in a little bow.

@@Peregrine57 true it's possible the mirror verse player survived that attempt (kinda like how Garak claimed to survived Dukat supposed assassination attempts on his life). It's possible he was revived by his loyal crewmates or even by the Terran Emperor himself not wanting to lose someone valuable.

It's cool to have Kate Mulgrew finally reprise her role as Janeway in STO & Voyager finally having its first audio-visual Mirror character. The usage of a robotic voice box for the Mirror player character / "The Inquisitor" was a smart idea. The return of the Mirror Defiant was a nice touch as well. Most Intriguing that the Devs chose to bring back plot points for TMP for this arc. I find it interesting that Ric didn't address the Mirror PC also having combat Exocomp support alongside the Dark Matter grenades.

The ISS Voyager looks like the Warship Voyager model that was made for Star Trek Voyager Season 04 Episode 23 Living Witness it was one of two times that show ever came close to the Mirror Universe during that series. If you guys are wondering what the other time was it was the Star Trek Voyager Season 7 Episode 20 Author, Author but the previously mentioned episode was closer

Yeah, you'd think a Terran Imperial task force showing up in the Sol system would have prompted a bigger reaction than the double handful of second-string ships that actually showed up - especially since the second wave got mauled so quickly. I mean, yeah, Starfleet Command might not know who's causing trouble, and the loss of their quick-reaction force in minutes might only tell them that the problem is _much_ bigger than they thought, but that's kind of the point: if it chewed up the QRF that badly, then whatever the problem is, it's WAY too dire to just ignore and hope it goes away on its own.

I recently re-watched the Xindi arc, and this is so true. When the Xindi weapon finally shows up with Archer in hot pursuit, there isn't a single ship in sight, except for Shran. Later after they get back form the detour to the 1940s, suddenly there's like two dozen ships on intercept, both Starfleet and Vulcan! Like, where were you guys yesterday? Hiding behind Uranus?

Interesting Idea to have the MC copy with a artificial voice. It gets around the issue of him not having a voice. 6:49 No need for Timetravel. Vic Fontaine was a real person in the mirror Universe. A Hologram in Prime. For all of 2 minutes screen time. See DS9: "The Emperor's New Cloak". So, don't overthink it :) 11:27 "Symbol of Terran Superiority" - because we stole it from the Prime Universe. 23:15 Prime Janeway would totally stop for Coffee on the way. 28:16 Oh hey, V'gers Ilia Probe. Are they trying to revive or copy V'ger in their world? - I always figured that "Living Witness" was the closest they could get to a Mirror Universe Episode, given the Empire had fallen according to DS9. And there Janeway had a hit-squad of Borg Drones. I guess she has that one here? - Future Admiral Janeway had to travel back in time to Defeat the Borg Queen and save Voyager. Marshal Janeway is close enough. What are the chances Prime Universe Janeway makes it 2 out of 2?

It still seems hard to see how this is related. Because ISS DeSoto said that the Emperor already had a weapon that he was experimenting with (which we also know OOC from the opening scene). I suppose Stuff could be the technology of coverting everything to data. And I suppose if he had learned of V-Ger's capabilities would have wanted it to improve his prototype weapon. That does not explain why Illia would have come back to this reality after ascending with Capt. Decker to a new plane of existance, or how information on Illia coming back would have found it's way to a top secret station almost on the opposite end of the Alpha Quadrant.

In the comics (not sure if it is canon), the empire still existed enough to have a fleet but in a very weak state until the rebellion. Earth hadn't been conquered. I guess we are supposed to assume Voyager was off in the delta quadrant and the Alliance may have been lying about how successful they were. It doesn't make too much sense

@@humzaibrahim2953 It's mostly humans that are the mirror (Federation Vs Terrans) which Terrans being more violent. In general though the mirror universe is more brutal but Vulcans and Klingons and others are more or less the same as their prime counterparts from what has been shown

STO had the Terrans defeat the Alliance and free themselves after the events of DS9's mirror episodes. In the new comics, the Terran empire hadn't been completely conquered but severely reduced to just the solar system

The Emperor and sometimes individual captains will have nonhumans around in small numbers if they have proven themselves. Terrans have frequently made exceptions for non humans they find valuable even though they can't stand them (the last mission had a mirror DeSoto express dislike towards Leeta and Kuumarke for being nonhuman). They consider all non humans lesser but tend to have some respect or find usage for Vulcans such as T'Pol and Mirror Spock, Andorians, Orions and apparently Lukari. They have no issue using good assets

Nice touch with Illya but I find it hard to believe she would come back to our realm. Anyway that is not on you Admiral. As always you do a bangup job on this stuff.
