Dikembe Mutombo, who was one of the most feared shot blockers in NBA history on the court and a global humanitarian off of it, died Monday at the age of 58 due to brain cancer. He was one of our favorite guests ever. So let's open up the No Dunks video vault in his honor! As a kid I used to know all of his full name as a Nuggets fan - Dikembe Mutombo Mpolondo Mukamba Jean-Jacques Wamutombo (had to google today) RIP

One of the best TV shows ever on air about NBA stuff, not just because of you guys (main reason) but because you gave us a new glimpse into so many NBA players. I have a deeper appreciation for so many of my favs and players from childhood because of that show. RIP Mutombo

I loved Mutombo during the 1994-1996 Houston Rocket days where my hero (Olajuwon) and Mutombo had some great respect for one another. I was quite happy seeing Mutombo suit up for the Rockets in the 2000s too! RIP gentle giant.

Dikembe Mutombo was a great humanitarian and a lifelong Christian (Baptist). His humanitarian efforts and people's stories of him in person are a testament to his character. Rest in peace
