Do you know how many days it take for the Deed to appear in the search page? Mine was registered almost 3 weeks ago, but still I'm getting no records found message when I search for the deed.

@@arindam-karmakar Max 15 days .. may be delayed because of durga pooja long leaves scanning is pending... As all these deeds are manually uploaded ....

Sir in my case there is 'IV' in front of deed number. I am told that for such deeds that has IV (Roman 4) cannot be downloaded online. Is this correct??? Please answer

Yes, even offline u cannot get thr certified copy. You can get it only if u are a party to the transaction in the deed. That too you have to appear before the commissioner and a hearing will be conducted.

Check you mail you get . Also wait for a day or two you will receive a message post that you will be able to download your deed

Secondly - Agar deed no agaya hai aur apne aplly karke ain generate kar liya hai to phir apko ek message ayega den app download kar payenge
