I've been a CNA for 6 years now, and I will intend my first class for CMA on 11/23, between exciting and nervous since english is my second language, so I have to study 4 times harder hah! You're really a good professor, I wish I am in your class.

Now I know each state is different on what a medication aid or a medication technician can do in my state of Arizona they can administer medications they can take verbal and telephone orders they can chart in the patient's nursing notes they can administer insulin if they take the extra course and get insulin certified they can do treatments and if it's in assisted living facility as long as it's connected with the skilled facility they can be the charge nurse or the charge aid on the assisted living unit

I am an LVN at retired age I feel I can pass medication successfully. I need a certificate for pass meds. Without the certificate I haven't had much success in getting hired

I caught that too, and it wasn't her first or only mistake... the instructor is so stupid! Can she even be an LVN? She has to double-check even basic anatomy down in her book every 2 seconds as well. I'm afraid for the patients of these future med aides...
