My experience when I was in interview panel in a big MNC, HR asked me to just bypass the interview as there are more candidates plus time is up and also they have already selected their people. My suggestion after 16 years exp and in on-site for long time, jump companies and always be in development side and settle where you are respected. It’s tough but no other way in current IT.

Seema , it is a Master class from your Team 1) The core strength of the video is the multilingual languages spoken and also the subtitle was really thoughtful to make sure everybody understands the flow of the video. adhuku salute 2) This Video is the "King and Queen of Somersault" as right from the beginning to end there was this somersault flavour and the groupism, favourism in the organisation was greatly depicted in a humorous way and to ensure that the twist was right up till the end aka kartik subbaraj director of movies like pizza etc.. 3)Characterisation : Mahesh Ayya, you have shown to us that u can impress us not only in acting also impress by speaking different language and still engage us apart from yr expressions Aravindh Ayya: I was amazed of your multi lingual idea to cover the core who celebrate Pongal by wishing “Happy Pongal” . I had my own similar experience in one of the big company where appraisal or hire rating were given to people know Hindi or Malayalam (multiple project). Folks speaking Tamil are treated as if they are unsecured. This is the world where we have to be struggling to climb the ladder so new folks learn different languages as much as possible who knows in future people know Hebrew may given much preferences.
