Nothing that is promised in corporates is real and I find people who come in seeking more than they deserve all the time extremely annoying - so in a way they do get served. I see Certified Rascals as a place where the serious things of office are narrated in a funny way...There is a framework within which every character operates. Like Mahesh is a funny manager who wants to be on the side of employees but is forced by the system to be on other side of things...he is a nice man by nature but circumstances make him do otherwise that usually end up in a funny way because he is outsmarted by his employees. However, this episode seems to bring in a negative side of Mahesh which is not his character. I have seen that whenever you move away from the core group and try to fit in another person this kind of deviation from original character happens...pls try to stay true to the characters you have established. Those are characters people relate to and come to see again and again. Such regular deviations of key people will lead to character assassination and dwindling followers...pls stick to the characters...we love u guys..we love to see you in the original avatars...All the best...u guys are Rockstars....from a wellwisher and core fan
