I use more of a turbo build, because Ceruledge is a viable target for Salvatore. Nobody expects a turn one swing from that deck, and it’s glorious!

Not being able to attack turn 1 is no problem. You need time to get energy into the discard pile. Having a slower setup to mayby hit 80 turn 1 is awful.

The new stadium gives Basics +30 HP: Drifloon can now hit 240 without a tool, and Scream Tail 200. With Munki moving 30, Drifloon hits 270/300, and Scream Tail 220/250. And of course, stacking Bravery Charm without Munki hits 420/320. If you are afraid of counter stadiums or jamming tower, Relicanth and 130 Drifblim hits 360 consistently. The new Blender can dump 5 energy. But if you want to be cheeky, dump a Psychic Pokémon for Tulip, or Relicanth/Dark Energy for Lana.

Yeah I don't like our format right now either. The whole goal is turn (1 or 2) 500 damage boss's orders. Like the whole format right now is not letting people play the game or set up. I miss those days in Black and White where you could reliably pass without getting board wiped.

Theres also simisear vstar i built mine with, its vstar allows it hit over 400 (30 per so 10 energy literally deals 300) damage really early one. Its essentially the same build instead of palkia but it really helps the big ohkos when needed

I feel like going first is the best for ceruledge. With 4 carmines and squawk you can discard enough energy to start ko big targets on turn 2. Prime catcher is fine, but legacy energy also helps a lot in mirror matches and raging bolt match ups so you can get ahead with 1 prize ceruledges.

Not only best but optimal as well. THe deck is on an uphill if it goes second and the opponent takes a prize. Doubly so if it's on a Squawk or Fez.

I'm running a 3-2 Ceruledge deck with a 1-1 Palkia and 2-2 Basculegion line to tackle cards like Mimikyu, Milotic or mirror matches and I'm having so much fun so far! Basculegion is also useful against Raging Bolt being single prize, even though it's still an unfavorable match most of the times. Of course it also puts the energies back in the deck so I must be careful when using it, but generally Ceruledge does the job perfectly by itself; also, I think at least one Iono and/or one Lumineon could be two useful adds.

Cool to see we almost play the same 60! I don't have carmine and irida. I just have a one-of of a cycling road except for pokestop and maxed the stretcher count. Cheers for featuring this deck! I think this will be the new faster chien pao(ogrebolt is like the 2.0) and this will be the best, fastest, cannon deck in the format.

personally, I think it's too much effort for that 1 card and fighting energies are useless to ceruledge other than for discarding. Usually, this deck has no problems having 10+ energies in the discard pile in 1 turn

Ive been really liking Heros Cape as my ace spec in here. Helps Edge live attacks vs basically everything. Helps in the prize trade more than Legacy. 370 is a ton of HP. Charizard and the mirror loses a lot of percentage points as i can set up safer

@JohnSmith-qf1jn cuz ever since the palossand mill from...must be like 2018-19 he been one of my favorite pokemon. Palossand ex just isn't great tho. I want his attacks to work, because its super cool being able to drop every benched pokemon to 100. The retreat cost being 4 with no heavy ball in the format just wasn't it tho. There's also no real way to follow up on that besides azelf and alakazam from what I can see 😞

I legit hate the Palkia build. The deck has enough weak spots as it is. Inconsistency is not needed imo. Espoecially since they rotate out. Should spend our time looking for a Greninja replacement. Not a crutch that the deck does not need.
