Cerwin Vega XLS 15S 15'' Powered Subwoofer Introduction
The Sub sounds good, punchy and clean. I dont use much gain and roll off around 60hz. I use this Sub with a pair of Klipsch KG4.2s, NAD 2400, and a Hafler 945 Pre amp. Nothing big just a nice little system.
When the woofer breaks in, it will have a great sound. CV Rocks

Looking at it u think them 2 be as loud and that bass that the neighborhood can hear I want feel lol I want it like club, I just looked at one video and they said it should be louder so I don't know !!! Thanks for your help !!!!

I checked out that sub, for a 15 inch sub, the amplifier should at least be 300watts and 20hz with no more then 0.08 THD, but it’s not even close to that

80 pound sub ! only 250 watt rms ! wtf ! 400 watt rms ! better go of it !

My 15" Rythmik goes down to 12hz. Sure it was twice the cost but I bet it easily outperforms 4 of these 🤣

When I do a comparison on the two powered sub Wolfers the only thing they have in common is there both 15 inches but I guess when you're saying what you're saying I get to CV for the price of one rhythmic audio but my question is this basically then if I want to head and bought those 215 CV do you think it would be louder than the rhythmic audio and I thank you very much for getting back to me I truly appreciate it Shawn

I have NOT heard the RA Subs, But I do know the CV, used to sell CV back in the Day and I just think they are a shit load of "bang for your buck" I was thinking that a pair of XLS15s would satisfy your thirst for BASS. Now that being said, if you want a club sound then look at the CV ... The RA uses a sealed enclosure and I dont like sealed boxes for high SPL. Oh... Iam a Klipsch guy, but the klipsch subs wont do what you want to do.. INMHO you want bleeding ears and CV will do it. Cerwin-Vega CVX21S or Cerwin Vega EL-36DP

I like Vegas but this is a woofer not a sub. I'm sure it's loud but I don't know why they made a big powered 15 that won't go down to 32 hz. Medium priced tower speakers go lower than this.

Look up JTR power subwoofer what you think bout them???? I wish I got there floor speakers 🔊 take a 👀 just wow brother!!!!! I don't want to jump b/c more I keep looking I find some nice ass subs- at 1 watt what's the DB / also what the max db that it makes??? I just don't no what ones I should get, I just want a toon of bass I no C.V. Bad ass I wish I can hear all of them you no take a look tell me what you think !!.... thanks 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Yea, those JTRs look pretty mean. Good Drivers with lots of throw. Its hard to say without being able to demo .. Look, I always say that the best speaker made, is the one that sounds good to you. Good luck in your quest of max bass. BB23

Have you heard of rhythmic audio I was thinking about buying that sermon Vega powered sub woofer you have because I have the 2SR 15's look up the rhythmic audio F - 25 and tell me what you think would be better please help me you have one !!!!

I went to their web site(rythmik) and I must say they look nice, Good Drivers, I have used drivers like that before and they work well, stacked magnets allow for lots of excursion. And the Amps are quite flexible as far as inputs go. Balanced and RCA. BUT at 1400 bucks almost 1700 after shipping. I cant honestly say which sub would be better. The rythmiks are using bulk drivers and overseas amps, just like CV now does. BUT seeing that you already have CV sr 15s. I would go with 2 XLS15s IMHO

Yes and no. It depends where you place it and what kind of music you play. Great for Rock, Country, Jazz, and outstanding for rap (yuk!). Must have a bump at 60hz... Thanks for watching.... BB23
