about to get a dock something like that satechi - the color match is way off (or maybe it's still in prototype phase) .. Question.. Does Apple prevent accessory designers from matching their colors on purchase - like the older 2018 was a bad match and their silver isn't great ??

I'm actually fine with the 3xUSB-A you get 2 usb-c and 3 TB/usb-c on the back - i presume they're rated for at least 10GBs so just get a micro adapter if you REALLY need an extra usb-c - i think i'd an aesthetic choice principally - and they're making a little face on the left side using m4 front ports + mouth of card reader

@@junito1008 it is really really good. The vibration and the sweeping motion and the price of the brush heads are all great. Long battery life. Two minor things is you can accidentally turn it off touching the capacitive button while using, and you have to be careful of your teeth because the head is doing a lot of movement and if it touches your teeth, it’ll buzz ya. But my teeth have never been whiter or cleaner. I bought my mom one too

No does someone break an SD card? Not trying to trash the product but I honestly didn’t know this was even an issue. Losing an SD card? Sure. Breaking one tho…I guess if people try and insert it incorrectly and just jam it till they snap it or something? Idk, I’d be surprised if this is a problem any significant percentage of people have

USB-A is still on allot of legacy stuff people have in their home so companies need to keep it around for a while still sadly.

​@@AppleInsider For some devices, you can't really get a "replacement cable", such as older handhelds. Also, most desk fans and lights seem more geared twords usb-a, so its nice to have the port available to help with cleaning up cable clutter. So in the end its easier to have a usb-a port for legacy devices that you cant upgrade to usd-c. And if you dont need the port, you can use an adapter to change it over to a usb-c port.

I am always skeptical about these health metrics. they are gimmicky, not actionable. I find “listen to your body” more accurate and more sensible rather than listen to a watch or some apps. I am not saying these are useless, they are not as helpful as we think they are

Well Tory seems just like a shittier and more expensive Athlytic. Messed with it for 10 minutes and I can’t think of a reason I’d pay extra for that when most of it is available at a lower price from different apps or can be seen on Apple health
