The Toyota Land Cruiser 80 is the best car in the history of humanity and a brilliant achievement of Japanese engineering. I ask you to revive the production of this legendary car, adapting it to modern operating conditions.

Dear Toyota Design Team, First of all, let me extend my deepest, most profound congratulations on achieving the seemingly impossible: taking one of the most iconic, revered designs in automotive history and giving it a... let's call it "modern twist." Truly, the new Land Cruiser design is a masterclass in how to alienate your most loyal fans while simultaneously baffling the rest of the world. Bravo! The previous model of Land Cruiser, an undisputed symbol of elegance, power, and dominance was aptly named the "King of the Road." Its design exuded a perfect balance of ruggedness and sophistication, a timeless aesthetic that didn’t need to shout because it commanded respect in silence. It was the dream of adventurers, off-road enthusiasts, and anyone with an appreciation for enduring beauty. But now, with the new model, you have taken that iconic shape and replaced it with something that, frankly, belongs more on a child’s sketchpad than on the road. It’s as if the design team woke up one morning and collectively decided: "You know what? People like this too much. Let’s ruin it!" And ruin it you did. Gone is the bold, confident demeanor that made the Land Cruiser a global legend. In its place is something that looks like it’s auditioning for a role as a generic SUV in a straight-to-streaming disaster movie. But let’s give credit where credit is due: the new design does achieve one thing. It ensures that anyone who once dreamed of owning a Land Cruiser-myself included-now has the perfect excuse to save their money or look elsewhere. Why bother aspiring toward a dream car when the dream has turned into a nightmare? Might I suggest a solution? Retain the classic Land Cruiser shape, the one that actually looks like it belongs on a throne rather than cowering in the corner of a parking lot. As for this new design, why not rebrand it as the "Toyota Pilot"? , at least it won’t tarnish the legacy of a vehicle that once embodied the pinnacle of automotive excellence. Thank you for ensuring that I never again have to wrestle with the decision of whether to buy my dream car. That decision has been made for me. Well done. Sincerely, A Disillusioned (Former) Land Cruiser Admirer

There is only one problem! When I was younger I set a target to come and live in Japan. I started learning everything about it. I always bought Japanese products and always owned Japanese cars! It is with a GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT to learn the hard way that in japan, no matter how hard you try, as many years you do, YOU WILL ALWAYS BE A FOREIGNER!! This is the problem 😢

Dependability. Reliability. These were words I also believed in when it came to Toyota before I experienced an ongoing problem with my Auris car. I spent a lot of time trying to find a garage to fix its gearbox issue, but, very disappointingly, the gear is still unreliable.

Mr Toyota, u need to get your quality of your Tundra and Tacoma business in order. It’s falling apart sir. Your once loved 2025 Toyota Camry ecvt transmission makes the engine loud and uncomfortable when accelerating. It’s not a good idea sir to get rid of your natural aspiration engines in the North American Market because our extensive and massive highway system and harsh weather environments where nature aspiration engines perform the best. It will be a shame to lose your loyal customer base for all electric

Toyota is not going to get rid of ICE Engine…. more of Hybrid ICE & Hydrogen ..in 10 years..,but there is beyond that is EV
@robertlee880513 күн бұрын
That'll be TOO LATE by then. We're getting too extreme weather ruining our lives, homes, work places, manufacturing places, neighborhoods, way of life, families and friends. We gotta do something to PREVENT all of these DESTRUCTIVE weathers.
@robertlee880513 күн бұрын
@@mohammadtaufek5529Hydrogen? That's going to use more energy to maintain at the pumps. Just build EVs electricity is more abundant and easier to install and up keep. And it won't need large tanks either.

This future looks great, if we ignore the problem of declining birth rate. Might as well design a city only for robots, and call it 'Welded City'.
@faheemabbas396517 күн бұрын
It’s funny. Developing nations have an increasing birth rate, while developing nations have a declining one. Maybe there is a bit of a power shift happening. Slowly, but surely.
