ZabaZu Rittz is really the only one I can see surpassing or even getting up to par with Tech. Ces Cru does a lot of chill stuff like this. These guys are seriously skilled in my opinion. You really can't go wrong with anything from them. Check out 'Smoke', 'Seven Chakras', 'Fate', 'Perception', Daydream', 'Axiom'... Honestly, I could go on for a minute lol. Also do yourself a favor if you haven't already and check out Mayday. Those guys are phenomenal as well. Check out 'Lando's Jam', 'Shortcuts and Dead Ends', 'Marathon Man', 'Highs and Lows', 'The Hangover'. That should get you started. Wrekonize is one of the two main dudes from Mayday and he has a pretty big catalog of solo work too. Also they did a project called Mursday that has a few sweet tracks on it like 'Here'. Hope this helped!
