This interview opened so many wounds. A tear-jerker. I recognize Ces' trauma and pain from her experience. I used to be journalist covering conflict in Mindanao. Every time may gyera, I and my driver, were immediately sent to the far corners of Central Mindanao. I have to deal with MILF, MNLF, BIFF, and other rebel groups. Every time, I fear for the life of my driver because he has kids. Whereas, I'm single. It took me years to understand the kind of trauma that these kinds of war coverage brought into my life. I am still battling the pain, fear and bad dreams. Also totoo yun, we, the people in the news, have this mentality na kapag may ganap, iniiwan lahat ng gawain para mag cover. Ours is a job that demands not just our perrsonal time but all our sanity. Kaya saludo ako sa lahat ng mga kapwa ko journalists.

I like the way you ask your questions and the tone of your delivery. I have seen other interviewers who love to inject a little of themselves in every comment,to a point of grandstanding-which you do NOT do. Hence really allowing the interview to be focused on your subject’s story. May you always keep your interview dynamics conversational and straightforward. and May you reach 50Mn subscribers this 2021 and beyond. 👏🏻👏🏻 you have found your niche!❤️

If we are going to analyze, I guess what happened was karma for CES, God made her experience ,what d victims of sexual harrassment felt, when she kept quiet and didn't support the other victim of sexual harassment. Also, I just learned D's frm an Egyptian dr.,that Muslims believe that if their religion is Islam, it's their ticket to heaven, and so they can do whatever they wish to do ,good or bad, this is what their quoran/bible taught them.If ur a Christian, they won't respect u ,only few muslims are genuinely good

"No story is worth dying for." As a Journalist, at bago palamang sa industriang ito... STORY/NEWS is all that matter. But watching this interview I realize so many things. Sa panahon ngayon, hindi maikakaila na maraming "MAMAMAHAYAG" ang namamatay sa ngalan ng kanilang trabaho. Nakakalungkot man ngunit ito ang ating kinakaharap noon, magpahanggang ngayon. 😔 #STOPMEDIAKILLINGS

At the end of it all, her work - which at some point she cherished and glorified, gave her up.. “she was laid off”. What a beautiful story that teaches us of humility and appreciation and make us rethink about our priorities in life!
