Ingredients for Ceylon Parotta:
Makes 5-6 Parotta
2 cup Maida (250 g)
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt or as required
1/4 cup Milk
required Water
1+2 tbsp oil
1/2 +1/2 tsp Oil for each Parotta
