Our trees are packed this year, I'm trying to find a way to do marmalade (not jam) but can't get around removing those slippery seeds 😵‍💫.

Yes, the seeds are very small and hard to separate. So, with marmalade, are you going to use the skins? I wonder how that will work. 🤔

@silarem Yes, the skin is rather bitter so I was wondering. As for the seeds... I can see how that would be complicated.
