i am level 3 candidate !! trust me 7-8LPA after level 2 for fresher is not true !!! you will get 3.5 to 4 LPA after level 2 in mumbai.

It depends upon your complete profile. I got a 5 LPA package with only level 1 of FRM cleared. No course can guarantee a job. Even if you clear CFA level 3 but mess up the interview or your resume has nothing at all except CFA you still might not be able to get a job. It's not just the courses that makes your value, it's you who does that.
