Hi I am a banking professional and I am dealing with retail banking only since 2017. Since I want to switch and apply for something like BIG 4 or similar. What extra do I need to do in addition with FRM. And how can I claim the FRM since I deal in retail banking and not risk management? Wanted to ask if it is even worth if a banking professional takes up this course

I would suggest you to move internally into credit and risk verticals like SME credit, mid-corporate group etc. You can go for FRM and ask your employer to give you a suitable work profile.
