This layout is so much like the apartment that I rent it's like you came over, lol. Something I found helpful is to aim the AC exhaust sharply left, so there is a nice cyclone happening, really helps the airflow

How can you solve the heat flux? You divide watt and area . Which is side of the room that you choose to find the area? In the table I notice you devide watt with 32 to be heat flux. Thank you

Can I ask about heat flux? how did you get them? I keep getting high values which causes the temperature problems if they got high heat flux. I noticed in your video that all of them are divided by 30m. is it correct? Thank you so muchh
