I hope that's his plan too. He has become a great driver/ operator. He could easily get upwards of 50-60cpm with 1 year experience with his driving record at a reputable company like Crete, Freymiller or Magnum. He wouldn't be home as much as he is now though.

I used to work for this company. I watched it fall apart with in the 1 year I was there. Forced merger, mass retirements, merger called off half way through, bought out. Safety changed management twice. Absolute shit show.
