Yeah you’re just like me if it ain’t broke don’t fix it unless you’re having a problem. Mechanics have a tendency to look at it that way because we don’t like creating problems if it runs fine leave it alone. I have a little Honda fit I had to adjust the valves on it finally at about 220 K it was starting to run a little rough and no power cold and poor fuel mileage. After I adjust the valves it ran like a brand-new car

Appreciate the video, and your opinion on the valve checking. When I bought my 1000 uforce last month the dealer wanted me to bring it in for it's 1st service at 25-30hrs to change every fluid, even diffs, antifreeze, and oil. But they also say they check the valves, and I'm like, AT 25HRS??? I guess there's nothing wrong with "checking" but man for $400 I just feel like it's a dealer money grab. I can change my own fluids. I feel the same way, if it ain't broke, don't break it!
@R.N.GPerformance3 жыл бұрын
I agree it is a money grab. First service is good to be done at 80-100 hrs for fluids and stuff. Valves i would leave alone for a while.

Good channel, good stuff. Have an early 2000's Chinese SXS, UTV, (BMX 500), think HiSun. It has the CF Moto one cylinder and dry clutch, all working fine. Just like your ZForce some things are great and some really suck and had to be addressed. Recently got interested in the ZForce 800 Trail. Checked it out and decided, (your channel really helped), to get one. WHAT A ROYAL F'IN PAIN IN THE ASS! My area, Southern Arizona has only one dealer an hour away, (BTW, no help, useless, waste of time). Next others you can count on one hand for the entire state. One blew off the franchise, another doesn't show CF Moto on their website although CF Moto company website shows them as franchised dealers.No 800's, no idea when they will get one, but give 'em $500. and you'll get first choice IF one comes in, no ETA. WTF is it with these clowns! I believe CF Moto is a good machine and good value, but if your dealer and maybe the whole company will dry up and blow away, HELL!. Right now I have to get my BMX 500 parts from a guy, (nice guy) in Arkansas. I am creeped out by what I'm seeing and don't want my nearest warranty service dealer ending up being "Big Bob's" Bait Shop and Worm Farm/CF Moto Dealer in Lickamacoochie, Louisiana. Sorry for the bandwidth, but this is not a good situ to instill confidence in a brand.
@R.N.GPerformance3 жыл бұрын
Only certain places are like that. Here we have 2 dealers with in 30 mins of each other. Both decent dealers. Unfortunately CFMOTO is still newish to the US however growing very rapidly. But honestly you have this same issue with every brand. If i want honda i have to drive 40 mins to a dealer. If I want Polaris i have to drive a half hour. If i want CFMOTO, Kawasaki, yamaha, suzuki, i drive 10 mims. Dealers are weird and not all will sell/work on every brand. Me as a Mechanic ill work on anything that pays 😂

@@R.N.GPerformance Thanks for the reply! Love your channel and am subscribed. The CF dealers here in AZ are primarily small motorcycle dealers with no other ATV franchise and rarely have more than one, two of any CF's on the lot, sometimes none. It's not their main money maker, so they're real casual about the line and would probably jump ship if they get a wild hair up. Local to me, (one million people metro area), are numerous franchised dealers, (monster size, two locations same city "Ride Now Power Sports"). I could walk in with my few requirements and the bucks and be roosting dirt same day. AS LONG AS I BOUGHT ONE OF THE BIG NAME BRANDS. They won't take on a CF franchise because they're $happy$ and their customers have no other option but to fork over 20K+ for something that's right there and ready to go. Why have a line with a superior machine that sells for thousands under their nearest base comparable model? Having worked in the franchised motor vehicle industry years ago I can tell you some big name brands are not above putting pressure on their dealers to remain the "big dog" in the house. Anyway, I put my search on hold till the fall, maybe permanently. I'll ride my old CF Moto powered BMX 500 UTV and like it. I'm done chasing people and begging them to take my money. Cheers! Keep the great content coming please.

I have a 2020 zforce 800 that tries to start but won't. It pops out of the intake also. I was told a kid tipped it on inside n left it there to get help. The rolled it back onto it's wheels and the kid tried to start it immediately. Spark plugs are clean and spark, fuel pump comes on and holds pressure, new air filter installed, it does pop periodically when cranking it over and will rpms will hit 600, then taper off. Please help me diagnose this . By the way I watch all your videos. Great stuff. Huge fan.
