One of the coolest things we've done on accident within the Mayhem affiliates is when on the programming we had to carry an odd object X amount of meters. All of the videos throughout the affiliates was hilarious For what kind of objects are members chose.

Love all of the podcasts. Serious question, why don’t all of the podcasts end up on Apple or other podcast providers? I like listening while I workout or run.

Are the Target Times on these workouts directed towards quarterfinalists and above vs NOT for the GPPers? For example this week, 10Rds FT of 10 Vups/GHDs plus 3 wall walks. Target time 9-11minutes. Yikes! Our gym we just had 1 member in that target time with majority of the folks time capping which was 15 minutes. Just curious in how to better gauge these Target Times with our members. Now grant it if you scale appropriately and if needed modify correctly to your gym it might be different but still curious on how Target times are created. Thanks!
