I have seen this judge a lot of times.. he is very logical just like the way i think he thinks the same way. I am not comparing but its my personal thought. Just in this case the caste certificate only gives reservation and not a qualification.. as if the moment the caste certificate is issued from that time he becomes obc its not like that.. he becomes obc from birth. And thats the thing the judge takes note of. That the certificate comes late but signifies that he is obc from birth. Its not time barred like qualification. In case of qualification if i am a Phd. I become phd from the date of issue of the phd certificate and not from birth.

बिल्कुल ऐसा ही, हमारे साथ भी हुआ था उत्तर प्रदेश के उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस कंप्यूटर ओपरेटर पद -2017 में जिसका DV October 2019 में हुआ था, के समय पर जिसमें केवल इस आधार पर हमें बाहर कर दिया गया था कि मेरा OBC सर्टिफिकेट आवेदन पत्र भरने से पहले का होना चाहिए, जब की हमारे अंक जेनरल कैटेगरी की कट ऑफ से ज्यादा थे, और OBC का नवीन सर्टिफिकेट हमारे पास में था, वो लोग सिर्फ इस आधार पर बाहर कर दिया थे की आवेदन से पहले का सर्टिफिकेट लेकर आओ, जब की उसका एक बार एक्स लेकर रद्द कर दिया था, उसमें भी अच्छे अंक आये थे, उसके बाद दोबारा से पेपर लिया उसमे फिर से अच्छे अंक स्कोर किये थे और बाद मे हिंदी और इंग्लिश की टाइपिंग भी अच्छे स्कोर से पास किये थे तब भी बाहर कर दिया था

Bhai caste certificate banwana ka time diya jata hai agr kisi ka invalid hai to. Agr koi bacha apni category ki cutoff qualify Kiya hai to geniune hai. Ab uske pass agr caste certificate nhi hai to use extension milta hai. Isme unse kisi bhi tarah hai juth nhi bola hai. Agr wo extension period me caste certificate nhi banwa pata hai to phir us nukari nhi milegi.
