@@girishkumar4415 there is no such discrimination for lower courts even districts courts can be called as appellant courts to from trial courts there are many professional jargons that we use as a professional we need tos comply with that terminology this post said she is so much talented to be honest no a real advocates arguments will be like wolfs attack, i have seen in courts. To answer your question since high courts termed as high courts because its the supreme of the sovereign judicial jurisdiction even most of the appeals to supreme court will give the same verdict untill there is no constitutional violation or found unconstitutional or mis interpretation of statues apart from this other courts name not to be called as lower courts their judgment binds the law within their powers.
