Jin getaxus does not set a new maximum hand size, which would time stamp over the "no maximum handsize". It instead reduces an already set maximum hand size (no maximum in CGBs case) by seven (=no maximum -7 ). So cgb would still have no maximum handsize. Timestamps would work on something like Winter, Misanthropic guide, which instead sets a new handsize which would replace the "no maximum hand size"

Etali gives you a fee spell from your library too its part of the reason the card is bananas you can put some bombs in your deck. So sad to see the missed value, at least they got there on teh second etb.

The cards exiled with Etali are cast as part of the resolution of Etali's ability since it doesn't say "until end of Turn" or anything of the sort. But she didn't get the card from her own Deck which is Most likely a downside for her

The way the rules work regarding when you can and cannot cast spells is a bit funny. There's no rule that says you _can't_ cast non-instants when it's not your main phase. If there was, it would be impossible to do so. There's instead a rule that says that you _can_ cast them during your main phase with an empty stack, and that's why you can - you can't do it at any other time because nothing's giving you permission. That changes when an effect does give you permission. Effects that let you play or cast a card with a duration ("until end of turn", "for the rest of the game", "until your next end step", etc.) don't give you any permission with regards to timing, so normal rules apply. But when an effect says "you may cast this card" (without a duration), that means you may cast it right now, as part of the resolution of the spell, which gives you permission to cast it at that moment. Note that you'd still be unable to do it if there was something that says you can't (e.g., Archon of Emeria says you can't cast more than one spell each turn), but by default, the rules contain no such prohibitions.
