Love this show! Wanted to call something out in case someone else hadn't already - the overhead view used to have a great resolution that allowed me to read and look up the cards. It seems like it's lower res or blurry (can't tell which), which makes it much harder for me to understand the cards in play. Mostly this means if I miss a play, I have to eventually scroll back to understand what a card does. But maybe it's just me. Just figured I'd pass along the feedback in case it helps.

First of all I really love this show, I watch it every Sunday. You're doing a great job! But I have to ask again: Why is the top-down view of the cards blurred. You can't read them. It's now like that for 3 episodes and it didn't appear before. It would be soo nice if you could fix that. It's really important for the viewing experience in my eyes. As much as I love to see your lovely faces in 4 k, I'd rather see the cards in that quality ;)

Marneus Calgar won't necessarily make you lose the game when you do Thopter Sword combo. Calgar makes you draw one per token, but Altar of the Brood mills per permanent entering the battlefield. Because both the Thopter and the Sword of the Meek enter the battlefield each instance of the loop, that's two mills for every one draw. So as long as CGB has more than half as many cards remaining in his library as the player with the most cards remaining, he's safe.

@ Blake I just finished the 2nd iteration of what i call "Upkeep on Keepin' On", an esper build with sakashima/ravos at the helm. It utilizes all 3 effects in the game that grant additional upkeeps (paradox haze, sphinx of the 2nd sun, and cyclonus) and tries to copy them. The worst possible thing ive gotten to do playing the deck so far, is cast the sphinx pre-combat, untap post-combat, and then drop a Followed Footsteps onto said sphinx 😀. There's a janky way using an anthem effect and letting clever impersonator enter as itself (so it doesn't die to being 0 toughness) and attaching followed footsteps to generate "exponential" upkeeps ;-)

Pre-Video Comment about that Extra Combat Akki card. If you combo it with an Indestructible creature that is modified and Helm of the Host you win the game. The creature attacks you get a token and an extra combat step, next combat you attack again get another token and another combat and it should continue to repeat until all your opponents are dead or until they can put a stop to the combo.

Maybe it’s me but everyone’s deck from every episode seems tuned down. Cgb you are the control guy and have no control no matter what deck you play. As for everyone else I would suggest putting counter spells in your deck there is only like 20 to choose from and fyi 3 in your deck is not enough
