A company damages your books in the process of performing a service that you’re paying them for, and you have a legitimate complaint, and your take away is that these consumers are whiners. That’s honestly just an idiotic comment to make. Why are you defending this poorly run company? Is it because you enjoy when corporations screw over paying customers?
