CGG Event | The Directors Series: Board Evaluation

On 03 July 2024, EIMF's Centre for Good Governance (CGG) hosted an insightful event, The Directors Series: Board Evaluation. Our esteemed discussants, Demetra Kalogerou, Independent Director, Financial Consultant, and Former CySEC Chair and Dimitris Kleftakis, President of AIMS International and Managing Partner at AIMS International Hellas, along with Moderator/Discussant Elena Leonidou, AIMS Managing Partner Cyprus, led the session.
The event explored how board evaluations measure the accountability, transparency, and effectiveness of board members. Discussions focused on improving the conduct of these evaluations and utilising results to enhance corporate governance.
Directors and corporate officers actively engaged in enriching dialogues through online multiple-choice questions and shared their personal experiences.
