you have to solder the wires to the plate very carefully. Get a magnifier with a lite that you attach to a desk or bench and have a clamp of sorts that can handle tiny boards.

same happens to me and i have replace slip ring, but when i connect camera to dron camera dont power on....i have checked all connections and i have soldered all wire on same location(spot). Whan can that be ? Any recommendation ?

It is probably a fuse on the camera mainboard
