Hi Sis, To be allowed into the kitchen to observe is one thing but to film the process of cooking is another level up.......fantastic!!! About the ayam goreng, how's the taste? It was immediately fried after marinating and all those concoction of powders hasn't really set into the meat so I reckon, the "kick/power" isn't there! The flower crabs looked delicious. Tq for sharing.

It's a privilege to be able to film this talented people working their magic in the kitchen, they are brilliant. I personally haven't tried the ayam goreng, but the rest of the stuff ayam bawang (which is fried first like the ayam goreng then turned into ayam bawang) is awesome, the fish roe, squid and the flower crab is fantastic.
